Your account

You must be 18 or older, give accurate details, and keep your sign-in safe. Anything done through your account is your responsibility.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of what you record and upload. You confirm you have the right to use every voice, face, image and piece of music you add. To make your video, you give us permission to store, transcribe, analyse, transform and render that content — only to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

• No illegal content, harassment, hate, or sexual content involving minors.
• No impersonating a real person to deceive, and no content that infringes someone else's rights.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

What AI can and cannot do

Generated video is produced by third-party AI models. Output is unpredictable and will not match your description exactly. We do not promise an exact likeness, consistent characters between shots, perfect timing, or any particular level of quality. Buying a video buys the generation and rendering work, not a specific artistic result.

Payments and takes

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged through Stripe. A project purchase unlocks generation and rendering for that project. Extra takes are bought for one specific shot. See the refund and payment terms.

Providers and availability

The service depends on outside providers for AI generation and rendering. If one of them is down, slow, or changes its models, parts of Divide Comedy may be unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may change or discontinue features.

Our intellectual property

The Divide Comedy app, name, design and software are ours. These terms give you no right to copy or resell them.

Ending your use

You may stop and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms, for suspected fraud, or where required by law.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Divide Comedy is established. The specific jurisdiction and venue will be stated here once the operating entity is confirmed. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer where you live.
