What a purchase buys
Paying for a project unlocks AI generation and final rendering for that project at the quality you chose. It pays for computing work, not for a guaranteed creative outcome.
Extra takes
One extra take is included for each shot. Beyond that, an extra take is bought for one specific shot at the price shown before you pay, and applies to that shot only. A project purchase never grants an extra take, and an extra take never unlocks a project.
When work begins
Compute begins as soon as a take is submitted to the AI provider. From that moment the cost has been incurred on your behalf.
Failed takes
If a take fails at the provider, or we cannot confirm it ever started, the app lets you run it again without paying a second time. That is built into the app, not a favour you have to ask for.
When we cannot refund
Completed generations and finished renders are generally non-refundable, because the compute has already been spent. Not liking the AI's creative choices is not a fault — see the AI limitations in the terms. This does not affect any refund right you have under the law where you live.
Duplicate or wrong charges
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged for something you did not buy, contact us and we will investigate and put it right.
